Media Management
Media management in version 3 is simple with the introduction of the Media Management Component.
Simply drag new clips from explorer onto the media upload component where they'll be analysed, and automatically encoded (if necessary) into the optimum Hippotizer format.
No more configuring third party programs or performing endless tests. New media can even be uploaded while a show is running, and the Media Management Component can run on any computer on the network allowing you to upload to a Hippotizer from anywhere within the network. The Hippotizer now supports an even wider array of source formats than before! Plus, you can now have up to 4 billion clips in any show if drive space allows it. Combine this with Hippotizer's ability to play videos of varying pixel ratios simultaneously and there are no headaches to deal with when it comes to encoding.
