Musion Academy Demo

On June 24th Green Hippo were invited to visit Musion, the innovative media and screen company, to preview some of the new (Top Secret!) features of the forthcoming Hippotizer 3.1 software. By combining two new components developed for the release, an advanced OSC control interface and PinBridgePlus, we are now able to introduce a degree of interactivity within the software.

Keen to see our new capabilities were members of both Musion’s Management team and students from the Musion Academy. “The Demo was truly inspirational for everyone who attended and our students are now very eager to use Hippotizer on upcoming projects” says Oliver Gingrich head of the Musion Academy. A lot of the students came to us after the demo gushing over how long they had waited for this level of interactivity with live media and all saw it as a fantastic medium with which to design and develop concepts of their own. 

The youtube video in this link isn't the clearest if you weren't there. But basically, you'll see Nigel Sadler from Green Hippo special projects on a stage at Musion's HQ. His arm gestures are controlling various parameters of the Hippotizer which is displayed on Musion's innovative screen positioned between him and the camera.
