Green Hippo's new support site goes live.
Dear All Subscribers,
Last week Green Hippo activated their new support site for Hippotizer which can be found via the normal website or at www.green-hippo.com/support.
The new site has a lot of great features that should help us to help you more efficiently.
We would however ask you all to be patient with us as we slowly update the system with data, over the next couple of weeks you should see a whole host of troubleshooters and knowledgebase articles appear - but at the moment it is quite empty while we finish them off.
Also, we now have a technical bulletin system which is how you have received this message. Basically, whenever we have an announcement about a new software version, a patch for an existing version, a technical tip or a technical isuue that you need to be aware of, we will issue a technical bulletin that will automatically be issued to anybody on the subscriber list. If you have this mail then you are already on the subscriber list, but anyone can add themselves by simply going to the technical bulletin page and adding their email address. If you want to be removed from the list then please just let us know.
Please accept my apologies as you may receive a few bulletins in the next day or so as we upload some inportant ones that we think you should know about.
