The MacBook Pro’s serial number and UUID can be accessed from the desktop of windows by starting a command prompt (command + R, then type cmd and press enter). In the prompt enter (without quotes): “wmic csproduct get name,identifyingnumber,uuid” This will show the UUID, and serial number for your MacBook.
The Hippo Serial number is the number on the barcode sticker on your Portamus box kit and will be similar to: 3400xx
The V4 License key is a 30 digit case sensitive key on a sticker included inside your Portamus box kit and is in 5 digit groups: xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx
