Job Summary
An industry-leading media server technology company needs an experienced self-starter with a proven track record of successful sales experience for an Inside Sales Representative role on our team. This position involves data mining and extensive research, making outgoing calls to resulting leads, and forwarding qualified leads to our Senior Sales Manager through our customized online CRM system. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We expect effective and efficient qualified lead volume, so it is important to maximize your time on the phone before moving on to the next call. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Data mine and contact potential customers based upon research performed via search engines
  • Process sales leads and update the system to reflect their status for the Senior Sales Manager
  • Respond immediately to customer inquiries
  • Follow the suggested script provided to all Inside Sales Representatives
  • Capture accurate customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, for lead acquisition
  • Adjust your sales presentation based on success/fail averages
  • Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging conversation

Requirements and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be a dedicated self-starter
  • Professional video playback systems knowledge and experience are preferred
  • 2+ years’ inside sales experience (outgoing calls preferred)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Knowledge of CRM software a plus
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience
